Amazingly customizable Kanban board

What are the best aspects of this product?

Amazingly customizable Kanban board. Every project could have custom workflow defined. We were able to quickly onboard all employees and customers. Projects could be public or private. Different projects could be shared between with the different team members. The software is very fast and technical support is very responsive and friendly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No particular problems so far. It would be good to have a mobile app.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Mobile app

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to remove a lot of emails in our processes. We have much fewer meetings that were our major time wasters. We can now easily see where are the problems in the project thanks to the Kanban board in HyperSwiss.
