What are the best aspects of this product?
I use it for taking notes and generating reports mostly. Through the mobile app, I would check the checklists during an inspection, upload it on the app, then generate reports back to the office. And, most of all, the app is highly customizable I can make it adapt my personal workflow.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The application is easy to use when you got the hang of it, but it takes time to be familiar with the navigation and functions of the app.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Simpler auditing, sending and sharing reports easier, more accountability.
