Great experience with IBM Blueworks Live so far

What are the best aspects of this product?

This enables us to work efficiently on the development of our process models. It has features, like performance monitor and process automation, that we have yet and are excited to explore.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This works exactly as we imagined it would. We only wish there were add ons included in the package. It does provide many capabilities that come handy for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This equipped us with the tools that we need for mapping our entire process and making an official, shareable version for the whole company. From here, we were able to work on the betterment of our processes and results became visible soon enough.
