I appreciate that Blueworks Live provides a way for me to work with a large amount of data seamlessly. It also allows me to start new processes right away and without any trouble.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think they need to work on the consistency of their glossary for it to be able to properly serve its purpose.
