What are the best aspects of this product?

IBM Blueworks Live is a great tool for standardizing processes. It provides BPMN 2.0 support which ensures that the format will be similar across all your processes and they can be imported into your workflow or RPA software. It is also equipped with excellent search features that allow you to easily identify and correct errors in nomenclature. Moreover, it provides us with a collaborative space where changes in the process will be reflected in real-time. The platform’s performance is reliable even when several people are working on the same process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

IBM Blueworks Live would be more ideal for us if it would effectively eliminate our version control issues. It is generally a user-friendly platform, but we still find it hard to approve new process versions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With this platform, it only takes a few months to conduct process documentation and develop workflow apps.
