What are the best aspects of this product?

IBM BPM gives me the freedom to use the components I generated for different purposes. It simplifies the processes of integrating with external systems and creating business process models. Its toolkit also contains a good number of controls.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Performing simple tasks require going through unnecessarily complicated processes. Documentation on dealing with issues is not widely available on the internet and their support team is not very helpful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use this for developing processes for my clients in the banking sector.
