What are the best aspects of this product?
IBM BPM is highly customizable and is able to match our company requirements really well. I have tried similar platforms and in my experience, this one is the easiest to learn. It allows you to develop workflows and interfaces seamlessly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is necessary for developers to be knowledgeable about dojo scripts to be able to fully customize user interfaces.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
There is so much you can do with this platform. It has good integration capabilities and it allows you to connect to databases.
