What are the best aspects of this product?

IBM BPM helps me efficiently create process flows. It has several components that I consider to be highly appreciable, including its java and CM integrations, KPI, REST API, HTML advance, and web service. Extensive technical documentation is also available for this software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like this platform better if it will allow for converting data from the BPM screen into a PDF file.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to transition from manual to digital processes with this software.
