What are the best aspects of this product?

IBP BPM is a reliable solution for project management and performance tracking. It also provides us with the data that we need for our business decision-making process. We are able to assess how we are doing as a company and determine the steps that we need to take to do even better. On top of all these, it serves us with our cloud-based data storage. We are able to trust our safety of using it for this particular purpose.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would have a better experience with this software if they would add a notification functionality. It would help a lot with tracking our activities.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With IBM BPM, we are able to accurately set target dates, automate tasks, and achieve the results that we want on time.
