Cognos' analytical power is marvelous as we have proved it can predict several scenarios and provide useful analysis on them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't think any beginner would understand its working in one go. Learning Cognos would require some time under the training of Cognos tech experts.

The software is extremely useful in providing analysis crucial for our productivity.
