What are the best aspects of this product?

MaaS360's interface is easier to navigate and use compared with that of its competitors. Its enrollment settings are also easy to work with. We like its security policy and its tools for managing threats.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This software requires a strong Internet connection to work properly. The Kiosk mode needs to be improved in terms of stability and the security policy needs to be expanded to work for managing a wider range of devices. The Watson integration doesn't serve much purpose for our needs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This helps us save on resources by allowing us to limit available applications and monitor mobile data usage for each device. This also helped boost the productivity of our employees.
