We love that this platform gives us easy access to IBM Support and is highly adaptable to changes.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It can be quite a challenge to configure MaaS360 but it is capable of matching our company's needs perfectly.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This platform made it easier for us to become compliant with HIPAA. It has proved to be a reliable solution for this particular matter.
