What are the best aspects of this product?

ClearCase is an ace for every business. No matter the size of your business, it has the ability to increase your income while maintaining your expenses at a minimum. It can streamline all versioning, hasten the development of products, and maintain accuracy across various business units. What I like about it is that it can help users establish a smooth workflow without completely altering the status quo.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The drawbacks include dedicating a lot of time to get to know its ins and outs. The installation and configuration can be very difficult as well requiring everyone in the development team ample time to learn the complex process.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Just as the developers have dreamed it to be, I use this to keep track of the various versioning systems of my projects. This is particularly useful in our line of work as software developers. I love how it can keep different versions of various objects within my project too. I've been able to segment each type (such as codes, files, and images) and save a version of each of these separately. Thanks to this feature, tracking and saving files is a lot more manageable.
