What are the best aspects of this product?

It’s easy and simple. Everything is laid out properly and I could experiment in the first parts of my work, and then eventually move on to some of its more complicated functions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It’s almost impossible to shift from coding when using this program. The change is very abrupt, and those who are not trained enough might not be able to transition well. Not all configurations can be seen right away too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We tap into this program to observe trends and patterns in the behavior of our market. Doing so helps us predict their next move, allowing us to stay a few steps ahead and anticipate what they need. We’re also experimenting on how to automate these models.
