What are the best aspects of this product?

 When it comes to analytics, I believe that SPSS is king. It allows us to keep versions and track the history of instructions of our work files. This means that we can easily pull out the variables and recreate them for future tests. It can do the heavy-lifting when it comes to analytics. It’s really great!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Admittedly, this is quite a difficult tool to learn. Some of our staff don’t have prior training and it has been a steep learning curve for them. We don’t get the proper back-up from the SPSS team too. I hope they’d level up on their customer support.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Most of our data come from field research and studies. We used to have a problem handling this amount of raw data, but our lives are much easier now with SPSS helping out. With it, we can run the proper analytics and then use the final output for our published works and/or presentations.
