Impressive data analytics and manipulation!

What are the best aspects of this product?

It doesn’t seem to matter what size of data you feed into SPSS’s system—it can still run the analytics accurately for you. I find this really impressive and useful in my field of work. The insights that we’ve been getting from it have been useful so far.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only thing I would change about this program is the responsiveness of their customer reps. They take too long to respond (if they respond at all).

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

In the field of research, we often encounter errors and problems regarding our data. Now with SPSS, we can easily pinpoint the root of the problem and solve it.
