What are the best aspects of this product?

The first thing that I noticed is that IBM has quite a hefty onboarding handbook. Although the education process is a little long, once you get to know this program, everything should just come easy after. The interface is very clean and easy to navigate. It has all the components that one often looks for in a visual data and machine learning solution.  You can enjoy predictive analytics and model management—all in one, complete package. 

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It’s not very easy to extract the natural language and organize them. There are some features that don’t render well; while there are some that are only available in the higher-end package. Finally, their advanced modeling features are not exactly beginner-friendly. 

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this program for some heavy-lifting in our data analytics department. With it, it’s so much easier to predict customer behavior based on the data that we have on them. Engagement and conversion have been so much easier ever since we implemented this into our workflow. It’s a time-saver too because we can make better and more educated steps in communicating with prospects and leads.
