What are the best aspects of this product?

One thing that I find impressive about SPSS is that it can easily manipulate data in bulk. Other solutions might freeze, but not this one. It’s a trooper that can give you accurate and timely results that you need for your research. It does not dilly-dally when it comes to giving solutions too. The answers it provides are clear and direct.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You need a solid background on understanding statistical numbers to be able to successfully operate this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use this tool mostly to assist my statistical data needs for my research. I often tap into this whenever I run into a brick wall and need to provide solutions. So far, I’ve been able to use its features such as the time series and analysis.
