What are the best aspects of this product?

It is supposed to help you analyze your data. I can only only guess those things work. But based on the basics, I\\\\\\\'m not sure they do.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They forgot about basic functionality... you know, opening, closing, merging. It is a beast. It just sits and spins when you click something, doesn\\\\\\\'t let the user know, \\\\\\\"Hey you clicked on something, now since my programming is completely the worst ever, it\\\\\\\'s going to take me 8.5 minutes to move on to the next screen so you can do the next step.\\\\\\\"

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to see less than 5 seconds after clicking a button that it acknowledges you. It has been programmed with absolutely ZERO logical, intuitive interface features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

None. I can\\\\\\\'t get it to fricking function. It is a waste of time, money and energy. The concept is great! But like all IBM/Microsoft ventures, they just can\\\\\\\'t seem to figure out how make it work for the user. I\\\\\\\'m sure their programmers are like, \\\\\\\"Hey, if they wait for 8.5 minutes, and let the computer to the computations, it will work. We won\\\\\\\'t tell them that... hahahaha... we\\\\\\\'ll just do it and make them suffer. I really hate customers anyway. They just complain.\\\\\\\"
