It helps you to customize your workflows the way you want in a stepwise manner. This makes your work easier and those of the recruiters and hiring managers. It allows them to analyze the skills and experiences of all candidates in levels where you will be able to hire the best talent from a bunch. The social media sharing and branding capability is also intuitive and offers a great way to share job postings to your social media audience. This increases the spread and awareness of the job posts you have put up on social media and thus attracts more candidates to apply. It integrates well with other applications such as HRIS which makes it easy to implement and use it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are problems with how integration with other tools works. If there are issues with integrations, the system does not allow you to copy or access the details that were accessible before there was an issue. This brings about inconveniences when you face such a problem. iCIMS has consistent changes in terms of the tools that it integrates with. When such changes occur, you will not be able to access data or information from the parties that you were connected with using the third party tool that was previously compatible with iCIMS. It would be better if one would access that information after such a change for the purpose of ticketing.

iCIMS has enabled us to attract more applicants to the jobs that we post. It has improved how we reach the right candidates with the right qualifications for the job posts. With the intuitive user interface, both hiring managers and candidates have an easy time to use the product for their needs. The reporting feature is impeccable as we are able to research and analyze data based on the sources and candidates we are receiving. Through such efforts, we have been able to target sources that give us the most candidates for our job posts for better results. In short, headhunting has become easy with less time and money spent.
