What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the fact that it is easy to customize the program. It offers multiple integrations with other applications, which is a plus on my side. They are trying very hard to integrate this tool with other technologies which will help both the existing and potential users of this program. Just to mention a recent workshop I attended in Philadelphia, which was held by iCIMS, they want to involve all players in finding new solutions and how to develop and make better this program. With such a dedication, I liked how they took their time and effort to help engage both the users and potential users of this program in finding how it can serve them better.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has problems when it comes to its reporting feature. For newcomers it can be frustrating to pull up reports on everything that you do using this program. It may take you a lot of time to generate a report that you want. This means that you have to learn a few tricks and short cuts on how to pull this off. You will need to know how to locate and use filters for your reports so that you can locate them with ease once they are generated. It would be better if they made the filter function easy to locate so that users can be able to filter reports once they generate them using this program.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has come out as a tool that brings better solutions to the entire of our recruitment exercise. From the time of locating a reliable candidate to the time of hiring, iCIMS has been exceptional. We are able to save the time of employing a candidate with our company, time of filling a request and also tracking the activities and interview of a candidate. With the online platform, we do not have to deal with hardcopy paperwork as the Onboarding feature works fine to make our work easier on that part. As such we are able to improve the quality of our candidates throughout the interview process.
