It saves the time and money

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is easy to configure and use this tool for your benefit. If you want to change orders, you can do this without having to explain to the provider or submit a ticket or pay for change of order fees. When you compare it with other similar applications, iCIMS is unmatched. It offers great and highly respective customer support. When you call them with a problem, they are always available to lend a helping hand. You get quick feedback for your queries and they are resolved within a short period. It is very hard to find such a quick and helpful customer support with other tools.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is an already great tool on my part. However, they have been doing some changes in terms of configurations which do not seat well with me. I am used to having it easy with this tool when it comes to customization and configurations of some of the fields and functionalities. However, with the recent and consistent changes in configurations, they are losing out on this. It would be better if they did not interfere with this functionality as it is what makes them great. Other than that, I have been able to find comfort and higher productivity with iCIMS and I can only be grateful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have been able to make the best use of the ModSpace for targeting where most of our candidates are coming from. For the last 3 years, we have been using iCIMS to make the recruitment and hiring process easy and seamless. The issue of reporting has also been easy on our part. Due to this, we are able to use those reports we generate to identify where most of our candidates hang out and thus concentrate our resources on those resources. This has saved us not only the time but also the money for advertising and recruitment processes. In short, we have become more productive in our operations thanks to iCIMS.
