What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although a great program for your recruitment solutions, it has its drawbacks and thus some areas need improving moving forward. When it comes to project quoting, this program only quotes the time expectations of that project. It would be nice if it took to account the person or company, which has been assigned that project and their credentials in terms of experience. This would help to improve the visibility of the project with regard to the entire project. On the part of implementation of the program, it does not specify the testing, resources needed and other requirement that will be needed to implement that program. All this have to be made clear in terms of the timeline for all those processes including the testing and tasks required to fully implement iCIMS.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before this program, it was all manual when it came to recruitment and hiring processes. This took a lot of time on our part and our human resources where strained and efficient to a great extent. Thanks to iCIMS, we have been able to provide an amicable solution to all that. We can now make the best use of our human resources without having to strain them a lot. Also, it is possible to save time in recruiting and hiring of the staff. We have become more strategic in how we conduct our recruitment and hiring processes thanks to iCIMS. As a result, we benefit from streamlined workflows and higher productivity for better results.
