PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I recommend ICTBroadcast as a professional system to call center owners, and It is all in one software solution with advanced queue management and an agent panel interface. I worked with its IVR Studio and found it a brilliant feature, it helped me to design complex IVR scenarios with simple drag-and-drop tools very quickly. I did not find such a beautiful l feature in any other call center software. Awesome experience

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I found the new campaign creation process a little complicated, and it can be managed more user-friendly, especially since user input validation is not professionally managed.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I don't think so that ICTBroadcast need any future version because it's already futuristic. ICTBroadcast is a highly advanced call center solution that we are delighted with. This is an unforgettable experience! There are no software packages with a wide range of features available on the Internet in this price range. That's awesome!

This software solves 99% of problems that are related to call logging, call recording CDR ETC.
