What are the best aspects of this product?

- Coupon Code commissioning is an excellent feature.
- I like that everything is included in what you are paying for. They don't nickel and dime based on number of Affiliates or Transactions.
- US based support, is always refreshing

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

- I wish there were more reporting options

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I wish there were automation tools to help with the day to day tasks of "managing my affiliate program" and uploading Affiliate content.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I needed an affiliate program, to expand by business to compete . iDevaffiliate provided me with the built in features (more than what I need) and support, to help me start and manage my Affiliate program.
