Secure and easy storing of files

What are the best aspects of this product?

I handle a lot of important and confidential information. IDrive proved to be a very huge advantage for me as I can store these files easily in IDrive. Because of its secure feature, I am also not worried that I'll lose any file. It is also easy to use and to locate files from the thousands of files saved in the drive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has a slow download time. This can be quite inconvenient as it takes some of my time. Otherwise, it has proven to be a very useful and secure application for me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

A few years ago, I lost a lot of valuable information due to computer malware. Now, I don't have to worry about this anymore as I am confident that all my files are synced into IDrive. I love all the convenience it has offered me and my work.
