What are the best aspects of this product?

My files are stored in a very secure drive plus it allows me to use a single account for multiple devices. As a result, I am confident that all my files are stored on the cloud and that I can access them at any given time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Reducing the cost of the plan will be more convenient for us, but other than that, I am very satisfied with IDrive.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I don't have to worry about limited storage space on my devices anymore as I can store my files safely in IDrive.
