What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the things that I like about IDU-Concept is it allows me to use the reporting feature without the need to extract data one by one. Now I can easily present figures to our clients without going through the hassle of manually doing the reports. I am also confident that the statistics that I'm showing are up to date and accurate.

So far, so good. IDU-Concept has been exceeding my expectations, so I have nothing really to complain about.
