What are the best aspects of this product?

This system links all my websites, social media, and email accounts efficiently. Then, when I create a single content to publish, the platform easily makes it available across such accounts instantly. This is surely a big help for me to save a lot of working hours.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform only lets me do some actions that are available in its system. I hope it would let me do personalized actions too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is great support for using different social media networks, including those sites that I don’t like. Twitter, for example, always appears too tedious and unlikeable for me, thus I avoid opening my Twitter account. But IFTTT helps me by automatically posting content to all networks, and that includes Twitter among others. This gives me a lot of marketing advantage by keeping those accounts active.
