What are the best aspects of this product?

IFTTT features a huge set of automated options for different platforms, and each carries verifications from their respective company or developer. It helps us make multiple content on different platforms too, such as posting on YouTube and Tumblr simultaneously for one of our customers. On the other hand, it helps me personally as well, since I incorporate IFTTT to different automation software at home. Creating certain commands and information about the specific schedule is just one of its cool functions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

IFTTT is a platform that I greatly trust. However, the system doesn’t offer all apps I need to use, and it doesn’t have options to incorporate such incompatible apps. A process where users can suggest apps they need to link with IFTTT would be great.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

IFTTT is surely the best automation solution I’ve tried. It helps me seamlessly posts on different websites and social media platforms at the same time. I can even post through various channels or accounts too.
