PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

iGrafx has been excellent for capturing and documenting our current processes. It has virtually no learning curve. I was able to watch the short tutorials on their website and was up and running.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have not experienced any problems with this application. Everything words as or better than expected.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would really like to see some customer or employee experience templates in a future release.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We needed a tool to allow us to quickly capture the current as is state of our process environment. This would allow us to more efficiently onboard new employees and ensure that legacy knowledge was not lost with retirement.
