What are the best aspects of this product?

Enhances each image to a format depending on what a client needs; meaning, it is suitable for meeting different demands, such as for accessibility across the browser. Images are very flexible too since ImageKit transforms them according to read and not on write preferences. This makes images specifically perfect for certain purposes without becoming too expensive. In addition, the CS team answers my queries quickly and professionally, and they collect feedbacks for improving the tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are features that I want to see, such as video support and personalization options. Also, its region options aren’t enough, so it would be best to add more such as Sao Paolo for South America. I want to make use of S3 as a backend panel for AWS Rekt integration too. Lastly, I’ve noticed some latency with the tool, but it’s not that significant to worry about.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

ImageKit is making my job easier to do today. It aids me a lot when storing image files that users share onto a certain web app. And ImageKit helps us handle the job throughout different systems, namely on Android, iOS, and web browsers.
