What are the best aspects of this product?

ImageKit has a neat and easy to use user panel, and they regularly send updates for announcements and news. Also, the members of its help support are terrific because they have helped us properly migrate our site to ImageKit. Also, they have oriented us about the functions of the tool and has provided us with some tips on how to deal with potential problems. The guys are also willing to take extra miles to help us optimize the use of ImageKit, such as checking our accounts when needed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish their custom domain service would become automatic to keep the hassles of making tickets away. Although, it is pretty fine, especially that they are very responsive to such queries. On a different issue, I wish that the best practice notes would improve as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

ImageKit has provided us with the best solution for transforming onsite images. We want a tool such as ImageKit to boost the loading speed of our site, and it did.
