The best monitoring software I’ve ever tested

What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to deploy and use.

Not like the other cloud based software, EAM is local server database guarantee data accuracy, completeness and timeliness.

The customer services are very helpful and patience, they would help you remotely deploy and show you how to use the software.

Working well on Mac computers.

Unlimited data storage as long as my hard disk is large enough.

It provides you more than what you expected from a monitoring tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn't have mobile phone version.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The reports automatically sending to administrator.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It help us analyze every employee's working condition, like his/her active working time and idle time. And we can set the filter rules to prevent them do non-work related things during the working time.
