Awesome experience for about 8 months now!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I started using this product about 8 months ago and it's awesome. It is very easy to use. I specifically like the ease of integrating with insurance to process, file, and track claims. Plus, the software got everything we need for safety data management. I also like the ability to customize our business-specific requirements.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some modules are not accessible on the mobile app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to solve our data management for HR and EHS needs that cross over. The app's dashboard comes in handy, as it allows us to quickly show our stakeholders the status of safety programs, is also a great aid. Aside from that, the ease of reporting has been very helpful.
