What are the best aspects of this product?

This is a really easy tool to learn. It didn’t take me too long to fully understand it at all. I love how it is packed with a lot of design tools and templates that I can choose from as well. This is such a useful combination of an intuitive program with great aesthetic value. It is fairly easy to tweak the designs yourself. Plus, to top it all off, the infographics can easily be published online too. The files are easy to download and easy to embed in other sites.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Apparently, the preferred browser to use this on is Chrome. I noticed the program lag a few times and the customer rep told me that I may need to switch browsers. Of course, this is no big deal. I just initially found this to be quite odd. Also, as a suggestion to the developers: it would be much appreciated if you added more design elements to the library.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve been able to input our data into Infogram, thus allowing us to present all the information that we have in an easily understandable way. I think that this facilitates easier understanding and more engagement within the team.
