What are the best aspects of this product?

It doesn’t seem to matter how complicated your graphic needs are--Infogram can easily make the output more digestible and easy to understand. All I have to do is to input the data into their correct places, and Infogram will transform it into a report that is both aesthetically-pleasing and understandable. I really love how there is a wide variety of design elements that I can choose from. Plus, they translate really well on other platforms too. Be it on print or on social media, Infogram integrates really well with outside apps, and I really love it. It is both intuitive and responsive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’d like to be able to use some of my personal fonts. If they won’t allow this, they should at least add more font options into their library. Another suggestion is for the developers to allow the presentations to be downloaded into specific formats (ppt. or docx, for example). Using these reports on our personal sites aren’t completely reliable too, because we have found a few loopholes in the HTML codes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have been able to compress our data into a less overwhelming platform. Now, we have infographics and other designed presentations instead of sheets and sheets of data that can be a headache to look at. Through Infogram, we have managed to make the information that we have more relatable and easily understood.
