Airtight system!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that the software allows our IT team to modify it and make it perfectly work with our industry. We can also control the access of the users, making our data available for viewing but secured enough from unnecessary editing. It also works well with other apps that we currently use at work such as Crystal Reports, and this leveled up our reporting.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The system doesn't have a good in-app data mining system, that's why it is necessary for it to work perfectly with Crystal Reports. The menu can still be improved, as well, since it doesn't allow us to filter and search for a specific action.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It optimized our whole ERP system. We can do almost everything -- from taking orders to shipping -- using just a single software.
