Efficient and valuable for a supply chain

What are the best aspects of this product?

It didn’t cause me any problem right from the start. I’m not really a pro when using a similar tool, but Infor Cloud Suite has given me nothing but a smooth user experience. Its competitors are super complicated and difficult to understand. Infor Cloud Suite SCP has far more use for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We encounter some hassles when switching shipping addresses. Although, this could be a problem with our operation instead of an issue in the platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Infor Cloud Suite is useful for our inventory. It helps us accurately manage all stocks in our inventory.
