These features are useful for planning and sensing demands, supplies and production, and setting schedules efficiently. Its data managing tools help track the entire production from start to finish. Moreover, it helps us develop instant but data-driven business decisions by efficiently harmonizing the whole supply chain. Infor CloudSuite also allows us to manage different points of our business. That includes generating more customers, increasing orders, production as well as for A/B. The overall functionality of Infor CloudSuite as an application is also fantastic. It is smooth when handling back-ups, updates, patches, and maintenance. We’ve achieved speedy planning and implementation because of managing our business through Infor CloudSuite as well. In addition, we enjoy easy customer report generation and the accounting analysis that we receive from Infor. It lets us easily open forms, custom reports and new elements creation, among other functions. Lastly, Infor CloudSuite is very easy to browse, that it has given us a fantastic user experience and great satisfaction.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is not an easy platform to learn. The form is difficult to understand that it takes up a lot of our time. Handling a few currencies means doing tons of manual work as well. However, there is some stuff that we’ve learned to use through some workarounds.
