Infor helped us make better decisions as it allowed us to track almost all aspects of operations. Converting data into understandable reports was also an effortless task.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish Infor still has room to widen the scope it monitors, as in getting down to happenings in a transaction for a more comprehensive reporting.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Infor is the most complete operations tracker I have used and is helpful even in complex manufacturing processes. The financial reporting outcomes is something we always look forward to.
