What are the best aspects of this product?

It provides a whole new experience for my small shop’s website. It is complex and thus I can sit back and let Ingeniux do all the talking. I do not have to do minor development on the site as the tool has that covered. In short, the major and minor issues that can be annoying are taken care of by the product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although it being complex can be an add-on, sometimes it offers limitations on how much you can later the functionality. It is difficult to find your way around the tool and thus hard to fix things as they come up. In some situations, their developers also take time to sort out issues or add features, which proves it is a complex product even for them. It would be better if it were simpler for small businesses.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It offers flexibility in editing and publishing content. Due to effective workflow management, we have become reliable in our line of work. We are better organized as a business thanks to Ingeniux. However, it can be complex, which can take a lot of your time to find your way around.
