It has a friendly user interface which helps our contributors to work with it effectively. The MVC framework also adds to its flexibility in use. You can customize the tool based on the needs of your business. For developers, they can use CMS in their work which is straightforward to work around.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Managing assets such as images and PDFs can be inefficient especially if you are looking usability solution. The PDFs are not kept in the database which means that they cannot be tracked. As a result when you decide to delete a file that is not stored in the database, it just deletes without looking which links will be broken. This also happens when you change the name of the file.

It has become an ultimate solution to managing our websites. When it comes to content contribution, we have many contributors to our websites. The simplicity of the tool allows them to update content fast and with minimum help which gives us more time to develop the sites.
