What are the best aspects of this product?
With managing 170 websites and localizing them in 27 languages, Ingeniux has helped us meet such demand with minimum resources. It is flexible and offers reliable CMS solutions for our complex needs. The customer support is also responsive at the beginning and during the implementation of the product. The support has the client in mind which adds to the efficiency of the product.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
No system is perfect. For the Ingeniux product, it has had some minor issues in the past. However, they have been professionally addressed by the team regardless of their magnitude or relevance. The tool thus works fine as the customer support is helpful and responsive to issues that arise.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are a global company managing websites in more than 100 countries. This means that we have to translate those sites in dozens of languages. The Ingeniux toll has helped us with localization management for the hundreds of websites we have to manage. Apart from localization, we have been able to manage marketing campaigns based on the country and language the website supports. We also support and manage our company content with and look to strengthen our partnership with Ingeniux in future.
