It helps you separate data, methods of data collection and presentation in your system. It helps you to customize your system through backend development depending on the needs of your business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For the time I have used the tool, I have not experienced any major problems with it. When you compare with other similar tools I have used, Ingeniux offers full customization and deployment. It does not offer any limitation when it comes to customization of the system which is a plus.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Since we started using, we have had new and better experience with it. With over 300 users, in our website, who are not tech savvy, they easily utilize the features of the tool on a weekly basis. It has managed to put our website on the map in terms of development. However, when it comes to adding a new thing in our website, it has no limitations.
