What are the best aspects of this product?

It helps to keep everything in check and active. The redirects are fast and easy to execute. For the customer support, it is fast in terms of responsiveness. I consider it as the best among other CMS systems based on my needs s an admin. It is easy and offers better user experience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It experiences problems with its editing features. When there is an update on a browser you are using, editing may be disabled by the system. Although this might not be the problem with the tool, it can be annoying and confusing. You can probably sort this out by using more than one browser to edit.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Since we deal with higher education, we needed a tool that can track links and help in the enrollment process. With Ingeniux, we have been able to achieve that and more. Our enrollment for students has increased drastically. Due to this, we have deployed the tool fully into our system as it brings results.
