What are the best aspects of this product?

"The dashboard and the reminder features. I use them a lot and like that I can set up the calendar reminders to suit my needs without cluttering my calendar. I prefer to use the dashboard once or twice a week rather than having endless entries in my calendar.
Creating contracts and triggering signature processes are very easy. Best of all, the software helps track whether signatures were made or deadlines met.

As an occasional user, I only use the basic features like signatures and AI analysis. The program is easy to use and work with.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I don't even use all the features offered. And the ones I do use are fully sufficient.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

"I use it mainly to keep up with agreed terms, make sure invoices are issued on time, and check that we are complying with contracts.
Occasionally, I use the digital signature to get approvals for contract changes or new adjusted tariffs.
