What are the best aspects of this product?

The advantages that I’ve noticed with Inkling is primarily its ease of use, smooth navigation, quickly runs any content, as well as it produces professional-quality outputs. Inkling is very convenient that we do not need to acquire advanced tech knowledge to use it up. It also lets us efficiently insert copies, videos, images, and quizzes among other contents. Then, we can seamlessly view all the contents through both the web and mobile versions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform pushes us to use Cyberduck and huge spreadsheets for maintaining the upload and addition of new users to every module. Moreover, users need to browse their device so they can find the Inkling logo, in which they can locate the contents of our company. This is somehow inconvenient for them, thus we hope that Inkling would allow us to use our own logo instead.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Inkling helps handle training sessions of our instructors, especially as a complement to the live training that we conduct for them. This is perfect for early assessment and advanced readings. As a result, everybody is on the right track during the actual training sessions. Plus, they can easily check the contents for reviews when needed.
