What are the best aspects of this product?

Inkling is efficient in meeting our seasonal training demands as well as the fluctuating traffic that we experience from time to time. This is great in optimizing our processes accordingly, which is something that bigger brands of similar platforms cannot provide.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Inkling forces all Habitat users to login using a guest account. It would be great if Inkling allows trainees and reviewers to login using a Single Sign-On account, especially when they’re used to such a process.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Inkling is efficient in keeping us up-to-date with accurate information since it is perfect for creating and distributing detailed content. This is useful for us because our resources require frequent updates when IRS regulations and tax laws acquire changes. Inkling helps us in providing accurate, credible and updated information during the trainings we conduct on tax seasons.
