What are the best aspects of this product?

My experience with using Inkling is great! It lets me create libraries easily, then users can access its contents anytime as well. I use it for creating different content without expert assistance. And I can share such content internationally for others to translate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Engagements are insufficient on Inkling. On the admin panel, it is difficult for us to monitor user productivity as well. This is mainly because our business model doesn’t support login options for the users.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This serves as a platform that all our global employees can use. A huge chunk of its purpose is for employees to grab learning materials to have some knowledge before participating in a training session. This provides them some ideas about the possible things they’d learn on upcoming training.
